AD SIZE:

Please supply 15″ wide x 8″ high 300dpi RGB PDF files. Full color. No bleed. You may add a 1” border to the 15×8 size slide. Final slide should be 16:9 aspect ratio.

AD PREPARATION:

We can prepare your ad and typeset up to 30 words at no extra charge. Your company logo may be included if supplied as a high-resolution EPS, TIF or JPEG file (300 dpi minimum). Additional charges apply for retouching or changes after submission deadline.

PLEASE NOTE:

All ads will be projected on large monitors at the venue.  These proportions are based on the new HD Wide Format Screen. Do not use a font size below 24 point, to ensure proper viewing.  All fonts must be embedded in the document.
