Project Title: New principles for designing chimeric antigen receptors

Project description: CAR-T cells represent a revolutionary tool for targeted treatment of leukemias and lymphomas. However, the mechanisms by which these cells attack tumor remains unclear. Our project aims to clarify and leverage the biophysical properties of CAR-T cell signaling to improve treatment of blood cancers.
