Project Title: Recipient specific CAR-T cells for AML relapse after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Project Description: Bone marrow transplants are the best treatment for some leukemia patients, but there are few good treatments for leukemia that relapses after transplant. In this project, we exploit genetic differences between patients and their donors to make immune cells that specifically kill leukemia cells while sparing the transplanted donor cells.
