Paul Schindler and Allen Grubman established a law firm in May 1974 and were joined shortly thereafter by Arthur Indursky. Together they formed the law firm of Grubman Indursky & Schindler, P.C. Over the years, Paul Schindler has served as counsel to numerous award-winning, multi-platinum musical artists, producers, record labels, and various types of entertainment companies. His significant representations include clients ranging from Madonna to Def Jam Records, Shakira to Bon Jovi. In addition to his support of Gabrielle's Angel Foundation, Mr. Schindler also sits on the Executive Committees of Lifebeat, TJ Martell Foundation and City of Hope. Mr. Schindler’s professional and community involvements are many and include such venerable New York institutions as the Museum for Modern Art, The Wildlife Conservation Society, Museum of American Folk Art and the Central Park Conservancy.
